I wanted to express my gratitude for being sent to Niles Inn. The rooms are clean and comfortable. And the staff is really great! My family and I were treated with kindness and respect. I would personally refer anyone to the Niles Inn. After having a bad experience with the Holiday Inn Express who treated my family not as guests but as un-welcomed people. They were not freindly, very rude and the front desk told me that one of the managers told them to watch us.
We had a house fire and lost our possessions and our Insurance was covering the hotel stay, so they were getting paid. I was very uncomfotable knowing that they basically did not want our business. Also after staying there two weeks we were told we had to move to a different room because our room was reserved for that day. Shouldn't I have had first choice since being in the room already and have the guests with the reservation get a different room?
I aslo wanted to thank Allstate for getting us out of the Holiday Inn Express and moving us to the Niles Inn. Iam so much happier with the Niles Inn and so is my family. When someone goes through what my family went through losing everything in a house fire, I hope the local insurance agencies use a company that wants their business and treats their customers with the respect that they would like them to receive.
Thanks again Niles Inn for a stay that was very enjoyable in one of the worst times of my life.
